We strive to make your experience better with PCG. Here are a few frequently asked questions.

Our delivery service caters to those with long-term or chronic conditions, who have a repeat NHS prescription from their GP. You can order medicines and repeat prescription items for yourself or others with their consent, as long as you're over 16. Please note that we only deliver to patients registered with a GP in England.
To cancel a prescription order for home delivery, simply inform our team that you no longer require it. We will then cancel the order accordingly.
You will receive a reminder email about 10 days prior to running out of your medication. This allows us ample time to obtain the prescription from your GP and prepare it for dispensing.

NHS login enables you to access GP online services through Boots, where you can request NHS repeat prescriptions, manage your appointments, and view your GP record. Plus, you can easily register for NHS login credentials online, without visiting your GP surgery.

Moreover, you don't have to update your credentials if you change your GP surgery, and can access all your healthcare needs from various providers using your NHS login credentials.

Individuals over the age of 13 who are registered with a GP surgery in England can register for NHS login. However, using NHS login with Boots is contingent on your GP offering an online repeat prescription service through TPP (SystmOne), EMIS, or Vision systems within their surgery, and you must be at least 16 years old.
